Reservations
Reservations must be made directly with the Hotel Delta Centre-Ville and be submitted in the two following ways:
On-line reservation [will be available starting April 1, 2008]The deadline for reservation is July 10, 2009 at noon local time. After this date, reservations can only be accepted subject to availability.

In order to receive the preferred contracted rates, telephone requests must identify their affiliation with the ISPP 2009. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
Payment
In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the guest room rate for one night in the form of a major credit card, certified cheque or money order. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.

The 711 guest rooms and suites are spacious, elegant and all have floor to ceiling panoramic windows that offer beautiful views of downtown Montreal. Whole floors are reserved for our non-smoking guests and some guest rooms are especially equipped for wheel chairs. All of our guest rooms are equipped with:

- Voice mail and an extra phone line for data port (high-speed Internet @ $9.95 per day)

MCGILL UNIVERSITY STUDENT RESIDENCE
Students and researchers from developing countries can make their reservations at McGill University’s student residences.
All rooms are single occupancy with one single bed. Linen, towels and soap are provided. Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Rooms are not air-conditioned. Guests use shared bathroom facilities with multiple sinks, multiple private toilets and showers in each bathroom area. There are approximately 15 persons per bathroom area.
