Registration Fees for the Delegate and Student include:
access to all sessions and posters, meeting materials, delegate bag, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Party.
Confirmation of Registration:
Letters of confirmation will be sent to you upon successful submission of registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Delegates unable to attend ISPP 2009 after having paid their registration fees, must provide a written request for their refund. Refunds will be issued according to the following sliding scale:
Cancellation on or before April 2, 2009 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation on or before June 15, 2009 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation on or before July 15, 2009 75% cancellation fee
Cancellation after July 15, 2009 no refund will be issued
Frequently Asked Registration Questions - FAQs
| Q: | Is there any travel support, grant support, financial help available through the congress? |
| A: | It is with regret that we inform you that the congress does not provide any financial support to delegates and students planning to attend the congress due to insufficient funding. We hope that you will be able to secure an alternate source of funding and look forward to welcoming you to Montreal. |
| Q: | Can I get a discount? |
| A: | There are no special discounts available for the congress other than the Early-Bird and student rates. |
| Q: | We are joining the congress as a group. Do you have a group discount? |
| A: | Group discounts can only be offered if your group has a minimum of 10 members and payment is processed in one single amount. |
| Q: | I need an invitation letter in order to obtain my visa. |
| A: | Official letters of invitation for visa applications can be requested by REGISTERED participants who have paid their fees in full. These letters do not and can not commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Should the visa not be granted to the applicant, the registration fee will be reimbursed. |
| Q: | Can I pay by cheque. |
| A: | You can pay by cheque but we must receive your cheque by July 1, 2009. |
| Q: | I am planning to bring my spouse. Is there an accompanying person’s programme? |
| A: | Though no official spouses programme has been organized, your spouse may attend the Opening Reception and visit the exhibit hall. A guest pass can be obtained at the registration desk. |
